Rev. Olive Branch is a results-driven Organizational Development professional with an MSc in Organizational Development from the United States International University (USIU). With over 26 years of experience spanning leadership, project management, and resource mobilization, he brings deep expertise in strategic interventions, team leadership, and operational execution. He has successfully secured multi-million-dollar funding from international donors including Sida, DANIDA, and UKAid for various client organizations. As Founder and MD of Kawi Industries, he provides overall strategic direction, ensures programmatic and financial goals are met, and drives the company's mission to expand clean energy access across Africa. He is a semi-finalist of the Milken-Motsepe Green Energy Prize and a peer reviewer for Emerald Publishing.

Lisa LaChelle Franklin brings over 20 years of corporate development and operations experience from global industry leaders including GE and Nike. As a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, she specializes in process optimization, waste reduction, and driving operational excellence. Her expertise ensures that Kawi's growing operations—from Swarm Grid deployments to franchise network expansion—are executed with maximum efficiency, quality, and scalability. She plays a pivotal role in strategic planning, quality assurance, and building institutional systems that support long-term growth.
