He is a highly qualified organizational development professional with an aggregate of 24 years of work experience – university college teaching, operation management, project management and fundraising. Has demonstrated adeptness in project conceptualization, proposal development and fund- raising from leading international donor agencies. He is passionate about making a real difference in the sphere of human development: enhancement of livelihoods, financial inclusion, gender equality, education and governance. Olive is a co-founding director of Graceland Orchards, Agricop Processors Ltd. and a board member of Ajira Africa (entities involved in the development of the orchard, processing of lemons and socio- economic empowerment of the communities in ASAL regions of Kenya).
