Trading under the brand name of Ecoflames Briquettes (EcoBriqs), Kawi Industries has been providing clean and affordable energy – cooking and heating, to households and institutions in the greater Nairobi metropolis since her establishment in April 2017.

The focus for the 2020-2021 period is to scale-up our production of the carbonized starch-binder briquettes and venture into the production of non- carbonized briquettes and pellets for the varied market segments with the objective of building up our customer base to 2 million households and 10,000 institutions and attaining an annual sales revenues of $3.6 million by the year 2025.

With a customer retention rate of 96% since our entry into the market – an endorsement on our product quality, we will continue to strive to give our customer a better experience and value for their monies.
